State police at Frackville cited three Schuylkill County residents following an altercation.

The incident occurred about 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 15, along Walnut Street in Ashland.

Troopers said Brad Kublic III, 33, Samantha Hoffman, 28, and David A. Fishburn, 26, all of Ashland, were cited for disorderly conduct.

Troopers said the three were shouting threatening language across a street in public. Fishburn was also highly intoxicated at the time.
