A Slatington man is facing charges following a domestic incident that occurred Saturday evening, Sept. 23.

Borough police were dispatched to 670 Main St,. Apt. 1, about 11:43 p.m. for a domestic dispute between a male and female.As a result of an investigation police charged Timothy Carmen Simcsuk, 24, of that address, with simple assault and harassment.
