A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of bad check.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Robert Scifo, 29, of Pottsville, issued a personal check for $90 to the Pepsi Beverage Company, of Schuylkill Haven, on June 21, about 2:40 p.m. on a closed account. Charges have been filed, troopers said.
