Pat Toomey just got rolled. The host cities to the Black Lives Matter love fests have convinced Pat that his buddy Rep. Dwight Evans, D-Pa., into sponsoring the HEAL Act.

HEAL provides loan guarantees with a 75 percent forgiven payback to small businesses that were irresponsibly destroyed by the lawless BLM rioters.

To clarify, these Democrat run war zones, where Socialist/Marxist leaders allowed unchecked chaos, get bailed out through HEAL. We law-abiding taxpayers will pay to clean up the mess.

The Philadelphia advantage for Pat outweighs his concern for his suburban constituents. Pat’s HEAL Act makes us the HEEL.

Shortly after Toomey introduced HEAL, Mayor Jim Kenney of Philadelphia sucker punches him. In brotherly love, Kenney announces he’s going to tear up the nearly 800 citations his police handed out to the rioting terrorists.

Why punish the poor rioters when dumb Pat can make the law-abiding people fork over their money?

Because of Pat’s HEAL Act, the mayor could afford to give up the revenue of those 800 citations. Why should I pay for the inept leaders like Philly’s mayor?

But even more … why do Republicans continue to get rolled by the these Democrats? Time to primary Pat out of here.
