A Carbon County man has been cited for an incident in Lehigh County.

State police at Bethlehem said the incident occurred along Keystone Road in North Whitehall Township, on July 7 at 9:07 a.m.

Troopers said a 45-year-old man from Palmerton, who they declined to identify, continued to follow a 45-year-old woman from Kunkletown, to her place of employment and make obscene gestures to her.

Troopers said the man was cited for harassment by communication.
