State police at Stroudsburg cited an 84-year-old Effort man for harassment by physical contact after they were summoned to the Pleasant Valley Manor, Manor Drive, Hamilton Township, at 8:30 p.m. April 14.

Police said he was involved in an altercation with a 95-year-old woman from Cresco.
