Rashid A. Keitz, 24, of Allentown, is facing a charge of harassment as a result of an incident at 9 a.m. Dec. 10 at 3476 Golden Key Road, Weisenberg Township.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said the victim is Beth Raub, 26, of Kempton.Police said Keitz was employed by a company that gives 24/7 support to individuals who are not capable of living and being dependent on their own. On the above date and time, it is alleged he was on duty to care for the victim, during which time he allegedly pushed her into a chair causing bruising on the right side of her hip.
