Seth W. Valentine, 32, of 323 Washington St., Tamaqua, was injured in a motorcycle accident Aug. 25 at 8:30 p.m. on Route 248 eastbound in Bowmanstown Borough.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said he was transported by helicopter to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.The accident happened in the area before Route 895. Police did not report any details of the accident, except to say Valentine was operating a 2003 black Suzuki GSX motorcycle.Police were assisted at the scene by the Franklin Township Police Department, Bowmanstown Fire Department and ambulances from Lehighton and Palmerton.
