A New Jersey driver was cited after a rollover crash in Nesquehoning early Sunday morning. Nesquehoning police said that crews responded to the crash, that happened just before 1 a.m. on Sunday along Route 93. Black ice was reported throughout the town, fire crews noted. Police said Elianenette Claudio of Trenton for driving at an unsafe speed for weather conditions, not having insurance, careless driving and not having a valid driver’s license.
