The Palmerton Area School District announces information regarding the end of the 2016-17 school year.

• June 19: Last day breakfast and lunch will be served. Commencement exercises will be held at 7 p.m. at Penn's Peak.• June 20: All students will be dismissed early. All a.m. and p.m. Kindergarten students will attend the a.m. session and be dismissed at 11:45 a.m. All secondary students will be dismissed at 11 a.m.• June 21: Last day for students. All students will follow the above early dismissal schedule.• June 22: Teacher in-service day.Palmerton CCTI students will follow the CCTI schedule. The CCTI graduation ceremony will take place at Jim Thorpe High School at 7 p.m. Thursday .
