A sport utility vehicle stolen in Lehighton was found May 1 in Penn Forest Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said the 2018 Subaru Forester recovered on Kilmer Trail, is owned by a Lehighton woman.

There were no suspects in or around the vehicle, which was towed from the scene.

Police are being joined by the Lehighton Police Department in continuing the investigation.
