State police at the Fern Ridge are investigating a scattering rubbish incident reported at 8:52 a.m. April 28.

Police said a Ford F100 pickup backed up to a dumpster located on the Bulldog Liquidators property on Marion Lane and dumped a sink, refrigerator and multiple garbage bags into the dumpster without authorization.
