A 58-year-old woman from Tresckow is the victim of an identity theft incident. Someone opened a Pennsylvania Power and Light Company account and ran up $7,374.99 in expenses.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said someone used the woman’s personal identifying information to establish an electrical service at 39 Hutson St., Wilkes-Barre, between Sept. 16, 2016, and Oct. 30, 2018.
