This is great opportunity to get a free flu shot and learn about health and wellness programs in Monroe County. It's important to start thinking about our health before we enter the later stages of our lives so we are able to make changes that will improve our quality of life later on," Rader said."Preventive care is one of the easiest ways to reduce one's medical costs, and we have great partners in our community that can help people of all ages put together a wellness program that works for their lifestyle," Parker said. "Pocono Medical Center has top-notch physicians and state-of-the-art equipment if needed, but having a healthy community is their No. 1 one goal."For more information, contact Rader's district office at 570-620-4341 or Parker's district office at 570-894-7905.
