A Schuylkill County driver was killed in a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 3:45 p.m. on Saturday along Route 25 in Hubley Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Cory J. Klouser, 37, of Hegins, was driving a Honda eastbound when it left the road and struck a utility pole head-on. The car continued east a short distance and came to rest.

Klouser was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
