A Coaldale man is headed to state prison, in a ruling by Schuylkill County Judge James Goodman on April 3.

Ryan Celani, 34, was arrested by Coaldale Police on April 25, 2019, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Goodman sentence Celani to serve one to two years. He must also submit to DNA testing and pay the associated $250 fee. Assistant District Attorney Mike Stine prosecuted the case.
