Patricia Flyte, 54, of Saylorsburg, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on charges of harassing the family of a shooting victim.

Police said harrassment and trespassing charges stem from an incident that happened at 4:52 a.m. Monday at 442 Meixell Valley Road in Eldred Township.The victims are a 36-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman, both from Saylorsburg.Police said it is alleged Flyte arrived at the home of Wendy Place, 57, and started to scream obscenities, Flyte’s husban, Garry is serving a sentence for shooting Place’s husband Jeff and her disabled adult son Steven Powell in March 2014. On Monday, her son Trey Powell, 36, told Patricia Flyte to leave the property.Police said Flyte then grabbed Powell and tried to push him.
