Carbon County Friends of Animals will host its community yard sale and fun day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on June 24 and 25 at its shelter, located at 77 W. 13th St., Jim Thorpe.

There will be food available, as well as things to amuse the children such as a clown, balloon animals and face painting.CCFOA will also be selling various items.Anyone interested in renting a spot can do so by donating $10 per spot.
