Tamaqua police have requested a warrant for the arrest of Woody Justin Adams, 40, with a last known address in Stewartsville, New Jersey.

Adams was identified as the man who entered the Family Dollar Store, 125 Center St., on Dec. 10 to steal a Bluetooth speaker valued at $15.

This retail theft is considered a felony as Adams has five prior convictions for retail theft.
