A McAdoo man has been cited following an incident on Feb. 17.

Borough police were on patrol at 2:14 a.m. when they observed a male stumbling as he walked to the rear of South Kennedy Drive. The man was identified as Raymond J. Moszcienski, 23, of 32 S. Harrison St. When officers checked to see why the man was stumbling, Moszcienski admitted to having a "dime bag" of marijuana on his person. He gave the bag to the officers and received a citation for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
