A steady stream of visitors throughout the day attended St. John's Lutheran Church's Strawberry Social which held this past Sunday on North Street in Jim Thorpe on the church grounds from 1 to 8 p.m. There was plenty of covered dining space for visitors to enjoy the wide variety of food available, including of course, strawberries served up with a combination of ice cream and or cake and, along with crafts and kid's games, live musical entertainment was provided throughout the day.
