State Police at Frackville were called to a residence along Wyoming Street in the village of Tuscarora, Schuylkill County, for an incident between a juvenile and an adult.

According to troopers, on Feb. 28, a family argument took place within the residence, which led to the 12-year-old female striking and spitting on a 28-year-old male. The incident will be handled in accordance with current guidelines of the Pennsylvania State Police involving juvenile cases.
