September 16, 1955 — Bob Scutta throws three touchdown passes and runs for another score to lead Coaldale to a 40-0 victory over Summit Hill. Scutta connects with Russ Rudenko twice, hitting him with a 17-yard TD toss and a 21-yard scoring strike. He also throws a 1-yard score to Fred West and runs one in from 12 yards out. The Tigers, coached by Andy Kalen, also receive a 9-yard TD run from Bobby Parfitt and a 17-yard return of a fumble by Tony Waidell. Coaldale’s Joe Ozefovich finishes the contest with 99 yards rushing, while Parfitt, Scutta and Pete Petrash add interceptions on defense.
