State police at Lehighton are investigating a case of identity theft.

Beth E. Moser, 44, of 652 Green Briar Drive, Palmerton, Towamensing Township, Carbon County, reported someone secured her credit card information and used it on multiple occasions to make unauthorized purchases. The purchases occurred between May 10 and 17.
