A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of aggravated assault following an incident that occurred about 11 p.m. on May 24.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at 69 Spring St., in Tremont. Troopers said David Allen Kramer, 38, of Dauberville, Berks County, confronted Daniel Troy Langtry, 24, of Tremont, about loud music he was playing.Kramer touched Langtry on the forearm with his hand. At this point Langtry responded by continuously punching Kramer about the head and face until he was pulled off by his brother.As a result Kramer suffered a fracture to the right side of his jaw. Langtry was charged with aggravated assault while Kramer was cited for harassment, troopers said.
