An eviction notice led to even more problems for Brian Keith Haas, 45, of Tamaqua, on June 10.

When Haas was notified he was being evicted from his apartment at 406 Pitt St., he decided to smash two smoking towers located outside the front door, bend the door frame of Apt. 120, damage the door to the manager's office, and punch a hole in the wall outside of his apartment door.Damage was estimated at $445.Haas was cited for criminal mischief.
