State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following arrests made by troopers.
Troopers said both sides involved in a fight outside 48 Dryden Drive, in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, were cited.Troopers said Jonathan Puppo, 23, of Albrightsville, and Daniel Drakeford, 33, of Summit Hill, engaged in a fight about 11 a.m. on Monday, July 8. Both were issued citations for harassment and disorderly conduct.An arrest warrant has been issued for Rasheed Hakim Mack, 34. Troopers said he allegedly punched a 32-year-old female in the face during an argument that occurred at 1329 Woodstock Drive, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. The incident occurred about 2:15 p.m. on Monday.Mack fled the scene prior to the arrival of troopers and has not been located. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.Troopers said a 16-year-old male runaway is facing a charge of resisting arrest following an incident that occurred about 5:13 p.m. on Monday, along Old Stage Road, a half-mile from SR903, in Penn Forest Township.The teen was found by troopers and his identity was confirmed. Troopers attempted to detain him but he escaped the grasp of the trooper. The trooper sustained minor scrapes in the incident.Terri A. McColgan, 51, of Kunkletown, is facing a charge of retail theft for an incident reported about 3:25 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10.Troopers said McColgan allegedly left the Dollar General Store, located along SR209, in Chestnuthill Township, with $4.42 worth of merchandise without paying for it. She was issued a summary citation.
