Alexandra Wagner of Tamaqua was recently recognized by the Misericordia University Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry for her academic and scholastic accomplishments at their annual honors and awards ceremony
Wagner received the American Chemical Society Outstanding Graduating Chemistry or Biochemistry Major Award, given by the Susquehanna Valley Section of the American Chemical Society. The award recognizes a graduating student, selected by the chemistry and biochemistry faculty, who has shown excellence in scholarship and academics.Wagner received her bachelor's degree on May 20 during the 91st annual commencement ceremony at the Anderson Sports and Health Center.
