A Tamaqua woman has been cited after she allegedly made numerous threatening phone calls to another woman.

Melissa Baer, 19, with addresses of 27 Center St. and 104 Schuylkill Ave., allegedly made the calls on July 23, threatening to "break the victim's face."She was cited for harassment.
