Dale Miller, 69, of Pine Grove, has been arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks for retail theft.

Police said the arrest is a result of an incidfent that happened at 12:08 p.m. Aug. 6 at the Dollar General Store in Pine Grove Township.Police said it is alleged he purchased two jugs of laundry detergent and subsequently stole a newspaper before leavig the store.
