Christopher A. Koehler, 21, of Kunkletown, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by state police at Lehighton as the result of a traffic stop for several vehicle code violations.

Koehler was charged at 2:44 a.m. Aug. 17 on SR115, south of Gilbert Road in Monroe County.
