State police in Lehighton are investigating an incident at 2367 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton.

A 48-year-old woman accused Andrew Anthony Kressler, 55, of Lehighton, of grabbing and twisting her arm. Kressler has been charged with harassment. Police are continuing their investigation.
