The breakdown of a tractor trailer rig on Lehigh Avenue in downtown Jim Thorpe near busy Hazard Square around 1 p.m. on Monday tied up traffic for close to three hours necessitating traffic control by the local police department until the arrival of a large heavy duty tow truck for its removal from the scene.
