A Schuylkill County driver escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, along SR924 in East Union Township.

State police at Frackville said Felix M. Petrachonis, 19, of Shenandoah, was driving a 2009 Cadillac CTS southbound when he veered off the road and the car struck a guide rail. The impact caused the passenger side front tire to dislodge from the car.Troopers cited Petrachonis for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
