A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred about 5 p.m. on Nov. 1, at 11 Railroad St., in Branch Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said at that location and time Rocio Washick, 48, of Llewellyn, and Shawn Parker, 43, of Shenandoah, got involved in a verbal argument which resulted in Parker getting physical with Washick.Parker was cited, troopers said.
