An incident at a bus stop resulted in charges being filed against one person.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at Broad Moutainview Drive and Primose Lane, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, about 2:20 p.m. on Wednesda, Nov. 27..Troopers allege that Billie Ann Monahan, 33, of Jim Thorpe, assaulted Danielle Rodgers, 34, also of Jim Thorpe, by striking, pushing, and otherwise subjecting her to physical contact in a public place.Monahan will be charged via summons with one count each of summary offenses of harassment and disorderly conduct.
