Family and friends of Chrissy Erbe release balloons as part of an event marking International Overdose Awareness Day on Thursday. Erbe passed away last year at age 21. Her mother, Tammy Rusnock-Kline, thanked attendees and encouraged anyone who knows someone dealing with addiction not to sit idly by, and distributed materials from Carbon-Monroe-Pike Drug and Alcohol Commission about the services they provide.
