State police at Fern Ridge charged a Stroudsburg woman with retail theft at Kinsley's Shop Rite, Chestnuthill Township at 3:45 p.m. Friday.

Trooper George Kerrick arrested Donna M. Gallarello for failing to pay for $64.24 of merchandise. The charge has been filed at district court.
