The Neffs National Bank announces the retirement of Ronald Gildner. After 45 years of service, the vice president of retail lending is hanging up his suit and tie in an effort to spend more time with his family and the community.
Gildner started as a bank teller in July 1974 and rose to security officer and vice president of retail lending.
Gildner also has spent much of his life in service to the community, from being a volunteer firefighter and Assistant Fire Chief with Neffs Volunteer Fire Company, to being a scout leader for his three sons Andrew, Alex and Aaron. He also served on Union United Church of Christ Consistory.
Gildner lives in Slatington with his wife, Kathleen.
