Brian K. Woods, 48, of 409 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, has been cited for public drunkenness following an incident at the Tamaqua Subway on Feb. 10.

Police were dispatched to the restaurant at 10 p.m. for an unwanted male. On scene they found Woods asleep at one of the tables in an apparent highly intoxicated condition.He was cited and transported home.
