State police at Frackville
State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:
• A 55-year-old woman and Shawn Jessman, 32, both from Tuscarora, were cited for harassment after a domestic dispute at 11:31 a.m. April 19 in Locust Street in Schuylkill Township.
Police said the incident began when one of the two asked to share prescription medication from another individual, which started an argument.
One of the people ripped down a shower curtain and began to push and shove the other person. Police said a third party then harassed the other person.
They said the 55-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman from Lost Creek were victims in the altercation.
• Police were called to a defiant criminal trespass allegation at 10:47 a.m. April 10 on East High Street in Coaldale, but said the incident did not rise to the level of a violation.
They said a 53-year-old borough man alleged his neighbor walked into his yard, which is not divided by fencing. Police said they determined the woman did enter the property, but did so to retrieve her dog.
• Police were summoned to West Howard Avenue, Coaldale, at 3:35 p.m. April 11 to investigate a report of “children in the street.”
They said the complaint involved two girls, ages 5 and 3, and a 1-year-old boy.
Police did not provide any other information on the incident but said they were investigating.
• A 32-year-old Tuscarora man was cited for harassment after police were called to an incident at 12:15 p.m. April 6 on Locust Street in Schuylkill Township, police said.
A 55-year-old woman from Tuscarora told police the man spit on her.
She did not have any visible injuries and declined evaluation by emergency medical services personnel, according to police.
