Pink Talking Fish to perform at Penn’s Peak on June 28

Penn’s Peak has announced that Pink Talking Fish — a fusion tribute to Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish — will perform on Saturday, June 28 at 8 p.m. Pink Talking Fish is a hybrid tribute act that blends the music of three iconic bands to create a unique and immersive concert experience.

Combining the emotion of Pink Floyd, the funky rhythms of Talking Heads, and the diverse musical styles of Phish, the band offers fans a dynamic and unforgettable performance. Although each of the original acts has a distinct sound, Pink Talking Fish merges their material to craft an entirely new musical story. Their live shows have been described as thrilling, ever-evolving, and never the same twice. The band features Eric Gould on bass, Richard James/Stephen Learson on keyboards, Zack Burwick on drums and Cal Kehoe on guitar. Created by musicians who are passionate about the source material, the group aims to inspire fans with fresh interpretations of the music they love. Part of the band’s magic lies in discovering unexpected connections between songs. Imagine Pink Floyd’s “On the Run” woven into Phish’s “You Enjoy Myself,” or Phish’s “Sand” flowing into the groove of Talking Heads’ “Slippery People.” Creative segues showcase the band’s imaginative approach to tribute performances Tickets are on sale at all Ticketmaster outlets, the Penn’s Peak Box Office, and Roadies Restaurant and Bar. Tickets purchased at the Penn’s Peak Box Office and Roadies are walk-up only — no phone orders will be accepted.
