State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating the theft of 40 boxes of frozen shrimp.

They said they were dispatched to the Pilot Travel Center, Suedeberg Road, Pine Grove Township, for a reported theft from a motor vehicle.

Upon investigation, it was determined the boxes of shrimp were stolen from a parker tractor-trailer between 11 p.m. April 15 and 11:23 a.m. April 16.
