Walnutport Borough Council took the following action on Thursday:

• Approved a new contract from 2025-2028 with ABC Early Learning day care at 417 Lincoln Ave.

• Granted a time extension to LV Capital Acquisition LLC for land development until Oct. 9.

• Agreed to spend an additional $4,000 in additional work for the 2025 road project.

• Agreed to spend $3,000 to purchase tar for crack sealing.

• Approved a resolution for the sale of a duty weapon.
