The 16th annual Tamaqua Lady Raiders Basketball Camp will be held in the Tamaqua Athletic Center on July 28-30.

The camp will be held from 9-11:30 a.m. for girls entering third through eight grade. The camp is open to Tamaqua students, as well as those from surrounding school districts.

Registration will be open until the first day of camp, July 28, but in order to be guaranteed a T-shirt, participants should be signed up and paid for by the deadline of July 13 to assure the shirt order is placed and completed in a timely manner.

The camp covers all aspects of the game of basketball and provides an opportunity for young players to work with the coaching staff, current high school players and former Lady Raiders to help build proper fundamentals.

Campers should come prepared wearing shorts, T-shirt, athletic shoes and a water bottle.
