MHK Attorneys announce the addition of attorney Marshall Merwine Hanyon as the firm’s newest associate attorney.

Hanyon brings a strong background in family law, personal injury and real estate services.

Before joining MHK Attorneys, Hanyon worked as a litigator at a prominent New England insurance defense firm.

He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Connecticut, providing clients with a broad and informed legal perspective.

A native of the Pocono Mountains, Hanyon is a graduate of Moravian Academy and earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Muhlenberg College in 2019.

While at Muhlenberg, he was a student-athlete on the baseball and soccer teams.

He later graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2023, where he was recognized for his academic excellence and legal scholarship.

His legal experience also includes an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Hanyon is actively involved in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas, serving on the Young Lawyers Division, Bench Bar Committee and Children’s Advocacy Committee.
