Easter on the Hill in Summit Hill, originally scheduled for this Saturday, has been moved to Saturday, April 19, at 1 p.m. The rain date is April 20.

Easter on the Hill is sponsored by the Summit Hill Recreation Commission.

Annual flower sale

The annual flower sale of the Diligence Fire Company in Summit Hill will be held Saturday and Sunday.

Shawn Hoben, fire chief, said proceeds benefit the fire department.

He said the annual food truck vendors event will be held on May 24.

Electronics recycling

The annual electronics recycling in Summit Hill will be held from 7-11 a.m. on Saturday at the Ginder Field.

Kira Steber, secretary/treasurer of the borough, said the recycling event is for Summit Hill residents only. Proof of residency will be required.

Spring cleanup

Spring cleanup will be held on April 19 and 26.

On the 19th, the cleanup will occur on the east side of town, at Knepper’s Trailer Court and both East and West White Bear Drive.

On the 20th, cleanup will include the west side of town, Laurel Drive and all of Mountaintop Road.

Any tires placed on the curb must have a borough tag. The tag can be obtained at the Summit Hill Borough Hall.
