Northwestern-Notre Dame GP
Northwestern rallied for three runs in the seventh inning to pull out a 5-4 Colonial League comeback win over Notre Dame-Green Pond.
Max George and Cannon Fitch both delivered RBI singles to tie the game before a wild pitch allowed the go-ahead run to score. Josh Farber tossed a complete game for the Tigers, striking out seven and allowing just two hits.

Northwestern swept Jim Thorpe in a Colonial League meet.
In the boys’ competition, the Tigers earned an 89-61 win. Greyson Wellings won the 800 and 1600 for Northwestern. Jim Thorpe’s Kolby Cavanaugh had an impressive outing with wins in the 300 hurdles, long jump and triple jump, while teammate Gavin Strohl swept the shot put and discus and Josh Louk won the 100 and 200.
Northwestern’s girls dominated with a 109-40 victory. Rosalia Nestor swept the 800 and 1600, Jessica Unrath won both the long and triple jumps, and Sophia Schaffer took first in the 100.
