State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Emperatr Gonzalez Lopez, 53, of Hazleton, was cited for retail theft (shoplifting) after police were called to the Walmart Supercenter, 35 Plaza Drive, Rush Township (Hometown) at 12:57 p.m. March 30.

Police said it is alleged she stole various groceries valued at $77.31 from the store.

• Police were called to Coaldale at 7:36 p.m. March 31 for a runaway incident.

They said Andi Jean Girard, 17, left a note for her father upon departing the residence on Sixth Street at 7 p.m.

Police said she was last seen wearing a pink Aero 87 NY hooded sweatshirt, gray shorts and a gray backpack.

They said an extensive search yielded no results.

• A 60-year-old Barnesville man was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a physical domestic incident at 2:31 p.m. March 29 on Forest Avenue, Ryan Township.

Police said a 61-year-old man from Barnesville was harassed by the suspect.
