Lehighton and Palmerton boys picked up victories in tennis action on Wednesday.
Elsewhere, the Northern Lehigh softball team earned a win in Colonial League action.
BOYS TENNIS
Southern Lehigh-Lehighton
Lehighton ended a two-match skid with a 3-2 Colonial League victory over visiting Southern Lehigh.
Bekim Cokrlija and Isaac Carpenter battled through competitive matches to help secure the win, while Bayto Cokrlija won in straight sets at No. 1 singles.

Levi Johnson, Colton Ruzicka and Anderson Garcia-Escobar each won in singles play, helping the Bombers to the win.

Roman Steuer and Jens Hansen secured a crucial doubles win, while Noah Conklin and Zach Prater added a doubles victory for the Bears.

Palisades-Northern Lehigh
Northern Lehigh held off Palisades for a 6-5 Colonial League victory.
Rhiley Poniktera put the Pirates on the board in the first with a two-run single, but the Bulldogs responded with a Tegan Simms double and a Skyelar Horack single, each driving in two runs.
Karlye Teman and Jordyn Bonelli both added RBI singles in the second to tie the score at 4-4. Kylee Snyder put Northern Lehigh back in front with an RBI double in the third, and Simms added an insurance run in the fourth.
Palisades cut the deficit to one in the fifth on an RBI single from Ella Young, but Addison Smith went the distance to secure the win.

Palmerton-Saucon Valley
After a scoreless first three innings, Palmerton and Saucon Valley exchanged leads until the Panthers walked off the Bombers with a three-run seventh to win 6-5 in Colonial League action.
Grace Schneider opened the scoring with a bunt RBI in the fourth, but Eliza Sullivan responded with a two-run single to give Saucon Valley a 2-1 lead.
Doubles from both Hailey Delgado and Tessa Sander helped Palmerton build a 5-3 lead heading into the seventh. However, the Panthers rallied, getting an RBI single from Savannah Schegel, and capitalizing on a Bombers error to complete the comeback.

BASEBALL
Palisades-Northern Lehigh
Trailing 8-3 after five innings, Palisades used a five-run sixth to tie the game, and a two-run seventh to secure a 10-9 victory over Northern Lehigh in Colonial League action.
Greg Grocowiak tied the game for the Pirates with an RBI double, followed by a Chase Winsor RBI-single. Mason Schultz then delivered the go-ahead RBI single in the seventh.
For Northern Lehigh, Parker Schaffer went 1-for-2 with two walks and three RBIs, while Brayden Buskirk added two RBIs and two walks.

Palmerton-Saucon Vy.
Saucon Valley held off Palmerton, 6-5
After battling back from a 5-1 deficit to tie the game, Palmerton came up just short as Saucon Valley regained the lead and held on for a 6-5 Colonial League win.
Cole Hubert led the Panthers, going 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI-double in the third. Nick Albanese added an RBI-triple as part of a 2-for-3 day.
Alex Keiper capped a four-run fifth for Palmerton with a game-tying RBI single, while Cameron Pengelly went the distance, striking out five and allowing three earned runs.
The Panthers took advantage of an error to regain the lead, and got two scoreless innings from Chase Luckenbach to stay undefeated.
